As in, it's clear that without taking drugs he'd still be alive. Maybe suicide doesn't quite fit because he didn't intend to overdose, obviously, but that seems to be the major cause of death regardless. The transcript adds additional confirmation of the autopsy report; the fact that he couldn't breathe was due to the overdose, not the police's actions.

For sure, I just don't see any way to twist everything into "he committed suicide." Sounds like he involuntarily manslaughtered himself, whoopsie
