truth is that is going to mess up his face for life, he will look ugly, possible become an incel when he likely would have been a chad, he may end up resenting his sister for this.

His sister will set him up with some of her gfs. He will be fine and will have a great story to tell on 1st dates.

    Looks count for women, but looks count like a quarter as much, and he's going to have a story showing what a bad-ass he is every single time a person asks about that scar.

    He will have to wear a plaque with that story though otherwise he won't have a chance to tell it. Do you often nag random disfigured/disabled strangers to tell you how they have got their scars?

    There are two ways to meet women: cold calling or through your social circle. The former is what you do if you're really charismatic or really physically attractive, the latter is probably a more sustainable way to meet people because they get a chance to hear your story without the "buy now" pressure of a cold call.
