Exactly, it is legal for the US government and DoD to produce PSYOPs and Hoaxes on the American people. There are not many:

legal repercussions

... no lawsuits, at least real ones.

As opposed to actually commiting real false flag massacres.

That being said they still conduct both and even before the legalization of propaganda and PSYOP's in 2012, they were still for hundreds of years conducting haoxes.

I've also noticed that shills only come about if you expose fakery and PSYOPs. Our government is totally fine with you saying that they kill millions of people, which they do. But for some odd reason, they're NOT fine with you knowing that the MEDIA lies to you on the right or left. You have to pick a side and believe that side no matter what.

They scurry around the shadows. If people realized that they were fooled by hoaxes, then the public would wake up and start questioning everything.

The shills are the only effective method of pushing back against forums like this. I recall that "001" was one of the agressive shills that had something to say, so IMO 001's been discredited.

A public tipping point will occur someday and when this happens people will be in the streets fighting back. They know it, and that's why the police are being militarized.
