In 33rd episode of breaking bad they first show walt worked for Sandia Laboratory (Satan). Later he works for some criminals that want to kill Jesse (Jesus). Walt and Jesse decide to kill the criminals first but Walt will do it as Jesse doesn't want to murder. But then he's forced to do it when Walt is captured so Jesse becomes corrupted.
