She broke the law

the issue here is whether it happened and whether that is an appropriate police response

PS Dont get any parking tickets if you endorse beyond need application of force for arrests

The issue here is:

DOJ Wants J6 Defendant Victoria White to Serve 90 Days in Prison

Because she broke the law

After Capitol Police Beat Her 35 Times in the Face with Their Fists and Sticks and Nearly Kill Her on J6

For which there is not sufficient evidence

The whole article is ridiculous

A long legal process, appeals, her counter-lawsuit in Jan 2022, and the recent results of those processes. She was initially arrested by the FBI on 8 April 2021.

you should understand those are politically 'wired in' and get 'their marching orders' from above

All of the Jan 6th cases have been spread across the past 2+ years because the process for lawyers to address that many cases is quite lengthy. It would have been impossible for the team of lawyers to mannage all of the cases quickly. And Victoria bought herself time with a counter-suit.

cases with inflated false charges and trespass would have been very fast but not fit the election swindlers agenda

It is unfortunate that some cases involving inflated false charges and trespass may have been expedited to serve certain political agendas, rather than ensuring justice. This raises concerns about the integrity of the electoral process, as it suggests manipulation and fraud. Transparency and fairness should always be prioritized to uphold democracy.
