Apparently the Israeli Digital Spokesperson tweeted that Israel had struck a terrorist base in the hospital, and then deleted the tweet. It looks like he is now lying about the strike.

He's just repeating a news item he saw and that's not an official account.

So I have learned. It was probably a rocket fired by the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, broken apart over the hospital and the resulting explosion taken advantage of to use as propaganda by Hamas against Israel.
