It's easier to just not hire anyone from Harvard. Even if they didn't sign this idiotic statement, they are just a degree or two less woke.

All the ivy leagues have devalued their cachet with their woke polices and propaganda. But that only really matters to companies that are looking for performance from new hires. A lot of these law firms care more about their network.
