The state is right, but those supervisors need an ass-kicking.
Also: if she really thought she was in labor and stayed, she needs an ass-kicking for being stupid. "I'm leaving now, figure it out" would have been the correct thing to tell her supervisors.

Why the fuck did they allow her to stay employed in such a sector while pregnant? She obviously couldn't perform her duties while pregnant, and it was her decision to engage in behavior that could and did cause pregnancy. Special privileges for females in the workplace must be eliminated.
