What's more aggravating than dealing with HR? Fucking AI HR.

At least with AI, there will finally be some sort of intelligence running HR departments. Now the job options for people with gender studies degree have dropped by half, to baristas.

I'm glad they finally got to HR. Next I hope they get the C Suite.

They're just cutting dead weight, like many other Tech companies. The "muh AI" veneer they put on it is pretty clever, though, and will give their stock a cheap, short-term boost.

Im surprised IBM has anyone left to fire. But I like their strategy of not calling it a mass layoff. This is going to be great for investors. I suspect it will be everyone's excuse in the comming depression.
