Agreed! He did make his bed on this and is reaping what he sewed. And I think he is absolutely partially negligent in aiming a gun, any gun, at someone. I'm going to bet he doesn't end up with involuntary manslaughter, but pleads down to a lesser charge and pays a ton of money. If he spends a day in jail, I'll be surprised. Now THAT's the privilege someone like him rants about.
