I agree with all that. The armorer is the one most responsible. I'm generally not someone who thinks SOMEONE MUST PAY every time bad shit happens and people are hurt. I think intent is by far the most important thing. However we now live in a decaying tribalistic society where people circle the wagons based on agendas and ethnicity and there are no clear consistent rules that everyone is held equally responsible for. Baldwin is exactly the type of motherfucker that helped cause this situation, although he's small potatoes compared to the oligarchs and people who run shit. Baldwin is just one of their dancing monkeys, he just danced more enthusiastically than most.

Agreed! He did make his bed on this and is reaping what he sewed. And I think he is absolutely partially negligent in aiming a gun, any gun, at someone. I'm going to bet he doesn't end up with involuntary manslaughter, but pleads down to a lesser charge and pays a ton of money. If he spends a day in jail, I'll be surprised. Now THAT's the privilege someone like him rants about.
