No, that's not really an issue. You are confusing the problem of orthodox not considering liberal or reform Jews to be really Jewish. They won't accept a spouse whose mother converted via liberal Judaism.

I saw this guy question people in Jerusalem and it was remarked more than once that converts are not Jews in the context of the bloodline. A father specifically said he'd not let his daughter marry a converted man because he wasn't really a Jew.
