The difference is this is personalised. They aren't just taking a bit of inflammatory RNA which causes issues on its own.

They are getting too personal, in my opinion. The pharmaceutical corporations do not have my consent to tamper with my God-given DNA. Once they change the DNA, is there ever any going back? What will the people do when their DNA gets corrupted or an error is made to the code? Is there such a thing as a factory reset?

How about they just fuck off and stop giving us cancer in the first place.

The cancer industry is profit based. Instead of curing cancer, they treat it instead. COVID boosters give blood clots and brain cancer to some people.

Read it. It doesn't change your DNA. It makes your immune system recognise the DNA of the tumor as a threat which it needs to attack.

The funny thing is that the cancer cell has essentially the same DNA as every other cell in your body. Good luck with that.

Tal Zaks, chief medical officer of Moderna, stated, “In every cell there’s this thing called messenger RNA or mRNA for short, that transmits the critical information from the DNA in our genes to the protein, which is really the stuff we’re all made out of. This is the critical information that determines what the cell will do. So, we think about it as an operating system. …. So, if you could actually change that, … if you could introduce a line of code, or change a line of code, it turns out, that has profound implications for everything, from the flu to cancer.”

Only fools believe that.
