According to sharia law the robbers hand would be cut and yet you still blame Islam for deeds of individuals that clearly go against the commands of the religion.

the cutting of a hand would be for a basic premeditated theft, but this case also involved the drugging of a person using a narcotic while inside of a masjid. i am the one that was wronged.. i am the judge and jury..

my intent would be to find a way to help them to do better.. your way, so far, is to punish.

technically, this is an offense under sharia of the most severe kind..

Your laws don't deter crime. Effective laws stop the crime from happening in the first place while not going overboard. Nothing will solve crime unless the punishments prescribed by God are implemented. Again narcotics are haram, what they did to you is haram. Islam would have punished them even if you're not Muslim.

If there is no sharia court that can't be done though. Also these people were thugs and deviants drugging people inside a masjid where people worship God...

you keep saying that no country lives according to sharia law, but that is most certainly not true.

i already mentioned the maldives, and now i present the community of ACEH, INDONESIA.

Do they throw the gays off the rooftops in any of these countries? Do they cut the hand of the thief? Do they provide free electricity and water to all citizens? Do they outlaw interest based banks? No.

They don't rule by the sharia they rule by PARTS of the sharia mixed in with the laws that they made. These are all apostate nations for not implementing the entirety of the sharia. Legislative authority belongs only to God, whoever disregards any law of God and changes it with a law that he himself has made is not a Muslim. Such countries are all ruled with such rulers.

this is what muslims always do when they get caught out red handed... they simply brush it off like nothing happened or they just deny any responsibility.

one of the most memorable quotes that i was taught by other muslim men was "when islam controls an area, no muslim will ever be charged or convicted or jailed for killing a nonmuslim".

even the nazis would be impressed with the islamic invasion.

i believe that your statement is not correct.

quote from wikipedia:

Islam is the state religion of Maldives. The 2008 Constitution "Fehi Ganoon" states the significance of the Islamic law in the country. The constitution requires that citizenship status be based on adherence to the state religion, which currently makes the country's citizens 100% Muslim. No law contrary to any tenet of Islam shall be enacted in the Maldives. The traditional Islamic law code of sharia forms the Maldives' basic code of law, as interpreted to conform to local Maldivian conditions by the President, the attorney general, the Ministry of Home Affairs, and the Majlis.

With the ratification of the first Constitution of the Maldives on 22 December 1932, the first semblance of representative government came into effect. A set of credentials for the King was established – these state the King must be sane man, be of the Sunni Muslim faith and be from the ruling family.

Sharia is not implemented anywhere in the world. Interest is lawful in Saudi Arabia whereas under the sharia it's not. Halloween and concerts are unlawful under the sharia not in Saudi Arabia. The sharia is a complete package a country that implements some of them and abandons the rest is not considered a country governed by sharia. We don't have presidents, legislators under the Sharia.
