Muslims fail the test by fschmidt in Tawheed

Facebook is a jewish invention among other things. It's not haram to use it, so long as you're not using it to commit sins obviously. It's not in the deen of Islam to avoid an invention because the kuffar made it. As a matter of fact it's permissible also as ghanimah. Their inventions, their wealth is encouragement for us to fight jihad and take them as war booty.

I myself didn't take the shot because I think they're trying way too hard to censor any reasonable opposition to it which really doesn't make them look credible but to say it's haram is speaking on behalf of Allah with no evidence.

Saudi Arabia is not on what Abdul Wahab preached (may Allah be pleased with him). Neither are they Salafi. It's also impermissible to refer to someone as a Wahabi because Wahab is one of the names of Allah.

It's certainly not a sin to believe in the quarantines or the vaccine or any of that we can only say "so and so is a sin" based on SOUND indisputable verses of the Quran.

In the judgement day you will be asked about salah, jihad, speaking out against the oppression of the leaders etc. Overhyped as covid may or may not be, these types of speculations has little to do with Islam. Alhamdulillah it has caused a great deal of pain to the Chinese mushrikeen though.

His feet would swell, I never heard about bleeding. That's just a hadith about how devoted the Prophet (SAW) was, but it is not what itikaf is.

Itikaf is locking yourself into the mosque and devoting yourself for the last 10 days of Ramadan without leaving the mosque unless there is a necessity.

This is because out of those 10 nights is 1 special night which no one knows when, and during that night there is extra benefit in acts of worship. The Prophet told us to look for this day during the last 10 days of Ramadan. Hence why people do itikaf this is a sunnah of the messenger (SAW) but it's not obligatory.

It's the last 10 days of Ramadan when Muslims isolate themselves in the mosque. Spending the last 10 days in prayer, remembrance and fasting. The person stays inside the mosque for 10 days and leaving the mosque without a valid excuse invalidates his itikaf. It's not obligatory to do that but it's sunnah, optional good deed with a lot of reward.

You can discuss the verses/hadith concerning apostates even on Reddit so I doubt it will be a problem here. Of course don't post anything that could be used against you in real life - basically a good rule for any sub.

[–]WhenImBanned[S] 1 insightful - 2 fun1 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

No I don't. I believe there should be safety measures in place such as the red light, the seat belt, the speed limit etc and whoever disobeys those should be punished according to what the sharia would prescribe for endangering the life of yourself and others, it should not be done according to secular law.

Muslims can only ever have ONE FLAG by WhenImBanned in Tawheed

[–]WhenImBanned[S] 2 insightful - 2 fun2 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

What you're doing is taking an ayah that is saying we made you into different tribes and nations so that you may know (in other translations recognise) one another and expanding on this meaning beyond proportion and saying it's okay for Muslims to live divided under different banners and borders - which is a wild interpretation.

The caliphate does not recognise borders. In Islam all Muslims are free to travel the earth with no need for travel documents and passports. All Muslims should be ruled by only 1 leader and all Muslim land belongs to a caliphate. Passports are for the kuffar and the dhimmis. They need our permission to move about whereas Muslims are given permission by Allah to travel upon the earth as they please.

Nationalism and the flag of each so-called Muslim country belong under our feet except the flags that have Allah's name written on it such as the flag of Iraq etc because it is impermissible to dishonour anything with the name of Allah (SWT) written on it.

It's not the same example at all. The video already refutes this. Shirk is already the biggest oppression - why are you supporting them in their shirk secular rule? Secondly voting for candidate A is shirk voting for candidate B is also shirk. Because you are giving them the right to make laws, legislate. Only Allah can make laws.

"Legislation is for none but Allah"

"Or is it that they have associates who have legislated for them as religion that which Allah has not given permission?"

You certainly won't be starving to death if you don't vote. Even if they deport you, you cannot vote. This is shirk. The only excuse for it is ikrah - which is if they force you to vote at gun point. Even if someone did not vote but they believed Hillary Clinton should make laws - this belief is still kufr. Because Islam requires us to disbelieve in taghut - disbelieve in the notion that mankind can make laws as they please. The one who votes by their action are invalidating this claim.

We don't believe mankind can make laws, we believe in the sharia so we can never support anyone ruling by other than what Allah has revealed. You should stay around inshaAllah, if we can make this sub more active - brothers will be sharing beneficial knowledge about these matters. Many of the imams are not telling anyone this because they are affiliated with the government in one way or another (Omar Suleiman, Hamza Yusuf) or they are legitimately ignorant.

Sadly they are not implementing the sharia and are wanting to join the UN, which means in their disputes with other countries they would have to refer legislation to secular courts which is an act of kufr. Taliban are misguided.
