I don’t know enough about this to comment.

But is it drought or human usage?

It explains that it's about the La Nina prohibiting the usual activity of rainfall, so it is indeed a drought. It just seems insane to me, I've crossed this river, and it's fucking huge. For their to be this much of impact is mind blowing. It makes me wonder where all this water drying up over the world is going?

That’s a great question.

I live in Arkansas, one of the states that borders the Mississippi River, and we are in a drought here due to lack of rainfall and above normal temperatures. Most counties in our state has imposed a burn ban because of the dry conditions.

I believe God is withholding his blessing of rain because America refuses to repent.

Remember when they talked about diverting the Mississippi towards Lake Mead....They wouldn't have really done that, would they?

Lake Mead was a nature destroying disaster of a huge proportion, caused because they got greedy running the Hover Damn too early, while trying to keep energy levels up in the late winter. This public history sticks out like a soar thumb, after opening themselves to political attack, by politically ridiculing Texas for the same energy issues they would have had, if not for destroying habitats.....then the cities and farmers milked it dry all spring like usual and people failed to connect the cause and result, simply falling for, "it must by global warming".
