Personally, I think Snowden was always a limited hangout and what Snowden describes is only the very tip of the iceberg, which is much much worse. It is probably so much worse that most people could imagine, as the humanity enslaving possibilities of weaponized AI using all that data collection is hard for most people to consider. This makes this article feel a bit just-for-show.
