Police also confirmed Dicken was carrying a gun under the constitutional carry law that went into effect July 1.

I call bullshit on this, I get the spin and why it's necessary, but someone who hits you 8 out of 10 times from 40 yards and closing under pressure while the victim is retreating, didn't just start carrying a gun because you can now without a permit. Someone this proficient probably took the steps to legally carry before the law, but who knows?
