Never hire women. A woman who is not at home taking care of kids or preparing dinner for the man is not a woman worth associating with. Unless shes like, 60 and all her kids are grown up. She should still be managing the home, however there is some room to move with this.

If you do find a woman in need (poverty) and have work, never do it contractually.
