Women must make more than men by working less hours, for no reason other than being women, but the wage gap is still against women!

Never hire women. A woman who is not at home taking care of kids or preparing dinner for the man is not a woman worth associating with. Unless shes like, 60 and all her kids are grown up. She should still be managing the home, however there is some room to move with this.

If you do find a woman in need (poverty) and have work, never do it contractually.

I will remember this.

As men, we must support women, it is our duty and why we are built this way. But there is a proper order to all things and women must not compete with men in the place of being the providers.

I identify as needing $9k, so I think that as an oppressed white male I should get it instead.

[–]Vulptex 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (3 children)

For what reason?

And you only reinforce the idea that men should pay women for being women.

[–]jet199 1 insightful - 2 fun1 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 2 fun -  (1 child)

Communalism over individualism.

[–]Vulptex 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

You mean the evil central matrix communist socialist demonic archonic oppressive censorious doctrine? The make-believe idea of a group spirit and collective consciousness? Blind faith in the unbelievably vile system?

[–]Anman 1 insightful - 2 fun1 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

Refer to the other comment, feminist tard jar.

[–]Vulptex 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Don't, it's terrible

[–]Vulptex 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (5 children)

What? Why? That's ridiculous.

[–]Anman 4 insightful - 2 fun4 insightful - 1 fun5 insightful - 2 fun -  (4 children)

Feminism is a great evil, if after all this time you are unable to understand this, then I'm not going to bother to explain it.

[–]Vulptex 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (3 children)

Not banning women from the workforce and forcing them to raise children and do housework constantly isn't "feminism". Feminism is giving women all the rights and privileges men have, and some extra ones, with none of the responsibility, while letting then retain the special protections and privileges they had before their liberation, and still fully expecting men to fulfill all their traditional obligations, if not even more so. That's how this woman is acting. She demands extra pay for less work because she thinks she deserves it simply for being a woman.

But your stubborn collectivism is almost as great of an evil as theirs. You see, leftists base their whole agenda on controlling people through denial of reality. Refusing to acknowledge the uncomfortable truth, they resort to pretending we live in la-la land where evil doesn't truly exist and everything is good and perfect except for dissidents. Their toxic positivity solves nothing and only neglects the problems as they grow ever worse and silences the victims of the evil they refuse to admit runs the world. And not only this, but their echo chamber mentality allows them to use this narrative to silence and control others for their own gain. All the while the forces of this world continue to oppress and torment us all despite their denial, and no one is even allowed to acknowledge it. It's the perfect plot for control, as it allows for tyranny from two separate forces at the same time.

But you are only one step away from doing what they're doing. While they hide from the ugly truth in their glorified fantasy adaptation of this world, you acknowledge the truth, but cope instead by pretending absurdly that it is good. Therefore all the evil laws of nature, which the archons originally used to subdue and suppress us before upgrading to toxic positivity and leftism, are justified and glorified. You force yourself to see them as good, even when it is plain as day that they are vile. Just like their denial of bad reality, your denial that bad reality is bad is a cope. People do this because realism is painful, but even more so because they have been brainwashed to love and defend this world and society at all costs. Because when the archons devised the matrix to keep us trapped in their bullying and sadism program, they cleverly devised such narratives and habits to keep us from even wondering about the possibility that we are being exploited by dark forces. Your system is not able to oppress from two sides at the same time like the newer one, but it is still cut from the same cloth and was designed by the archons with the same subversive end goals in mind. But we should seek to be free.

Ok.

[–][deleted] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

Some extra ones?, so women will have more rights than men?.

I love 2022 equality.

[–]Vulptex 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Of course they will. They get all the rights men have, plus some extra ones, and still get the protections and benefits they had before. They get to have their cake and eat it too, because society has taken mens' and given it to them.

[–]asterias 3 insightful - 2 fun3 insightful - 1 fun4 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

Typical entitled foid. However, the firm should learn not to hire foids in the first place.

[–]Brewdabier 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Laura Musguin, who had just returned from maternity leave with her first child, was told a pay rise was 'not feasible' as she was going on leave again with her second child in four months.

So give the cunt a pay raise, soon after let her go. Reason budget cuts from lawsuit.

[–][deleted] 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Only in cuckedUK ladies and gentlemen.

[–][deleted] 1 insightful - 2 fun1 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 2 fun -  (14 children)

If you ask for a pay raise and are refused for a discriminatory reason, then yeah, you should sue.

[–]package 8 insightful - 2 fun8 insightful - 1 fun9 insightful - 2 fun -  (12 children)

This lazy bitch was asking for a raise that clearly she was planning to coincide with a period during which she would be sitting on her ass collecting free money. Only in a retarded dystopian hellscape like the UK would it be considered discriminatory to tell her to fuck off.

[–][deleted] 1 insightful - 2 fun1 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 2 fun -  (11 children)

Discrimination against a woman for being pregnant is against the law in most countries, not just the UK.

[–]package 6 insightful - 2 fun6 insightful - 1 fun7 insightful - 2 fun -  (9 children)

It's not discrimination for being pregnant. It's asking for a raise to coincide with paid vacation. The reason for the paid vacation is not relevant.

[–][deleted] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (8 children)

Maternity leave is not paid vacation. Entirely separate thing.

[–]package 5 insightful - 3 fun5 insightful - 2 fun6 insightful - 3 fun -  (7 children)

It is equivalent to paid vacation in that you are doing something besides working and getting paid to do so. To ask for a raise before any such period is very transparently you attempting to optimize the your compensation for minimal work. It's something a lazy and immoral person does and shows a lack of respect and appreciation for both your employer and the system that is allowing to have paid time off.

[–][deleted] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (6 children)

No, it's not. It's equivalent to sick leave, maybe, not it's not paid vacation.

[–]package 4 insightful - 3 fun4 insightful - 2 fun5 insightful - 3 fun -  (4 children)

You can argue semantics all you want but it doesn't chance the obvious intent behind the timing of the request.

[–][deleted] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (3 children)

She just returned from maternity leave. When else did you expect her to ask?

[–]package 5 insightful - 3 fun5 insightful - 2 fun6 insightful - 3 fun -  (2 children)

When she's spending more time working than getting impregnated. If you honestly think it is reasonable to get back from maternity leave with another child already on the way and demand a raise before you head back out, for effectively doing absolutely nothing but leeching money from the company for months at a time AND forcing them to hire someone to do the work you're not doing, you are completely beyond help.

[–]Vulptex 1 insightful - 2 fun1 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

Fair, but only if they don't have someone else to support them. That goes for men too.

[–]Vulptex 1 insightful - 2 fun1 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

But they aren't working, so why should they be collecting money?

[–]Airbus320 1 insightful - 2 fun1 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

Scary
