It's definitely not a gay disease, but it isn't super easy to transmit. It just seems gay sex causes most diseases to transmit more readily, due to physical characteristics.

You have to come in contact with someone's oozing puss blisters, and even then it isn't super easy to catch it. These blisters frequently appear on your hands and genitals.

Yet, some gay rave or bathhouse party thing became a spreader event.

So avoid gay sex, orgy parties, and Disney kindergarten circles and you should be fine.

Monkey pox is very rarely a big deal for risk. The same deal where it is risky for the very old, very young, and those with immune problems. Monkey pox is considered endemic, like the common cold, in many large areas of Africa.

...unless they got all Wuhan Lab on it and enhanced it to a Covid weapon, but they would have waited until closer to the US election to do that again.
