Logic melt down..
A law requiring a certain amount of people to "identify" a particular way may not actually be as obtusely Unconstitutionally discriminatory as it seems, since it doesn't discriminate based on an actual tangible thing, but instead a belief. Yet, it is Unconstitutional to discriminate based on religious beliefs.
...but yeah, any nutjob politician who voted for this obvious discrimination should be censure and voted off before their next expression of discriminatory hate gets more extreme.
