You can easily look up the youtube channel and see that almost all the videos are straight men. I'm not going to watch all of them, but this guy looks like the only gay guy caught by them.

If they are specifically targeting gay and lesbian people then they are doing a very bad job at it since they caught 1 gay man and 0 lesbians.

It's the "disparate impact" idea. If a policy is evenly applied to everyone, and it harms homosexuals, then it is by definition a homophobic policy.

I didn't make this up, the Supreme Court did.
