Everyone who has thier phone shut off should smash every cellphone tower they find.

this puts an end to burner phones. a phone number is now tied to your identity. the end result will be that ALL phone numbers will be registered to a PERSON and when crimes or fraud is committed using a phone number it will be easy to determine who the responsible party is and then to hold him responsible for these crimes.

no more international romance scams. this will also put a kink in the international drug sales business.

What technology is used to but a stop to crime? Which crime has been stomped out?
