Will it be racist once your minorities start cracking their heads open?

No because people have the personal freedom to choose to wear a helmet. How is a minority dealing with the consequences of their personal choice not to wear a helmet possibly be considered racist?

That's not how it works.

When white people keep wearing helmets and black people stop and start getting injures that will be seen as structural racism no matter if personal choice is involved or not.
