Looks like LGBTQ, Jews, Muslims and blacks were the target of the majority of harmful content.

Completely fallacious claim. Hate speech is not limited to that which is reported as hate speech, nor is everything reported as hate speed actually any kind of attack.

Jews are famous for reporting that anything critical of jews is hate speech, for example.
