Nasty example assault and battery. Occasioning at least actual bodily harm and possibly grievous bodily harm.

But she's not knocked out, which is good. That usually means that there's no significant brain damage once the concussion wears off.

When you're knocked out, you drop like a rock. You don't sit down against a pole.

Are they angry at either Chinese, Japanese, or Korean but cannot tell those people apart? It takes some time to see the difference and even then it is not an exact science. In this case the hate-filled white man was in Chinatown so that was a big hint. Are they angry because of Covid? If so, their hatred is still way misguided since that woman was probably born in the US. Like the other people in comments, I do not understand. It takes a special kind of stupid to generalize about 1.3 billion people plus millions more born outside China.
