That is false, and you know it to be a lie.

Cops aren't supposed to do that.

Cops are supposed to do that, if they're supposed to follow any of the training they receive.

Why did the cop kneel on his neck for 9 minutes?

He was resisting getting into the vehicle, and there was no pressing need to shoot him.

Yes, those arguments have been addressed in the present thread and many times earlier. They were obviously not sufficient for the defence in court, thanks especially to the video evidence, the toxicology report, &c.
