The problem is shaming women for not being able to breastfeed, not the fact that breastfeeding exists.

The problem is that there are people pretending men are women.

the only way you can get a male breast to produce milk is to pump it full of gender bending hormones - and not just the standard estrogen and progersterone. There's a whole cocktail required to produce milk. In which case the milk is toxic to the child, with unknowable long term effects. So, the trannie fucks want to eliminate breastfeeding to make them selves less exposed to the cognitive dissonance of knowing "they will never be women".

also the women who larp as men (the ones who give birth to babies, so still have functioning female reproductive systems) can't stand that their breasts are identified as female. Its a crazy world

Where there's a will, there's a way. I don't even know that there's that much care for the baby's health, it's more of the validation aspect involved in the fetish and the thrill. Look at the families and savings ruined from many of the cases, you know how it goes. Considering how much bullshit is metabolized into breast milk, it's a travesty for anyone not mentally ill to even think of doing. Hell, even women that adopt children and are wanting to put them at breast have to take a deluge of hormones and pumping to get things to activate. It's such a dumb, selfish and unsafe endeavor for biological men to pursue.

It's such a dumb, selfish and unsafe endeavor for biological men to pursue.

It is narcissistic insanity. I don't really blame the trannies, anymore, though. They've been subjected to a lifetime of programming, hormones (through food and water) and mindfuck. /u/Jesus would be right, here. Those people love to destroy things they see as beautiful, and empowered white males with healthy families must both infuriate and excite them. Their hate boners twitching at the thought of destroying them.

What’s more beautiful than both of the parents being able to share the feeding duties for their offspring?

It is the ideal way to handle a newborn. One parent can be awake for an 8 hour shift, then the other parent can take over for another 8 hour shift while the first parent goes to sleep. And then there’s an 8 hour shift when both parents can be awake together. This way, no one loses any sleep, and there isn’t such a heavy burden placed on the woman. She no longer has to wake up every 2-3 hours to feed baby because her partner is able to take care of the feeding duties part of the time.

great if the production of milk does not contain a hormone mixture that is very unnatural. But go lesbian couples...

[–]LesbianOutlaw 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (14 children)

So if the deluge of hormones potentially being in the milk is the issue then why is it not an issue when females use the exact same drugs to induce lactation/increase milk yields, but somehow the milk becomes poison when a male uses those same drugs?

Domperidone is considered safe for the baby when women use it. How does someone possessing XY chromosomes magically alter the domperidone so that it becomes unsafe for the baby?

Your beliefs are based on emotion, not logic.

[–]Comatoast 4 insightful - 2 fun4 insightful - 1 fun5 insightful - 2 fun -  (7 children)

I don't think it's an incredible idea for women that aren't naturally lactating to do it either, but at least women have the basic prerequisites required.

Are you saying that exogenous hormone exposure along with whatever other hormone blockers are required to keep male test levels at bay are safe at levels excreted within breastmilk?

Men don't have the same physiology. They're not going to just have naturally risen levels of prolactin or any of the other shit that rolls out from each hormone center within the human body to just up and maintain it either.

Show me long-term scientific evidence from a published medical journal that shows the safety levels for an infant of transwomen breastfeeding despite all that, and we can talk about that whole emotion vs logic thing again.

seems to me that playing with androgen blockers is a bit... selfish:

Thanking you kindly for coming up with the gold there. Bodies are just too complicated to be fooling around with all of that shit when you have a completely helpless baby that's going to feel the brute force of effects for just adult selfishness and desires.

Found these on my dig. Exogenous hormone exposure doesn't appear to be good things for breastmilk.

https://link.springer.com/article/10.1186/s40748-016-0040-y

In the WHO Medical Eligibility Criteria for Contraceptive Use (MEC), Fifth Edition [23] estrogen-containing contraceptives (including combined oral contraceptives, the patch, and the vaginal ring) are considered to pose unacceptable health risks (Category 4) when used by breastfeeding women within the first 6 postpartum weeks. These methods are considered by the WHO to have theoretical or proven risks that usually outweigh their advantages (Category 3) until breastfeeding women are at least 6 months postpartum. In contrast, in the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Medical Eligibility Criteria for Contraceptive Use (CDC MEC), the advantages of using such estrogen-containing methods are stated to generally outweigh the theoretical or proven risks (Category 2) for women without complicating medical conditions starting 6 weeks after delivery [21] (Table 1).

Are you saying that exogenous hormone exposure along with whatever other hormone blockers are required to keep male test levels at bay are safe at levels excreted within breastmilk?

I should think so, yes. A biological male taking estrogen will have hormone levels similar to a biological female. Why would it be okay for a female to have estrogen excreted in breastmilk but not a male?

Show me long-term scientific evidence from a published medical journal that shows it is unsafe for an infant to consume milk produced by a male. You are the one making the claim that it is unsafe. The preponderance of evidence right now points to it being no less safe than a biological female’s milk. I’ve yet to see a logical claim as to how estrogen and domperidone present in a lactating male’s body is harmful for a baby but estrogen and domperidone present in a lactating female’s body is not. This indicates to me that the belief stems from an emotional reaction of “eww, that’s icky”

[–]Comatoast 2 insightful - 2 fun2 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

Because we're not excreting estrogen from an outside source, we're excreting everything that human biology evolved to allow us to (plus some prescriptions/anything exposed to that comes through the milk--I digress). Women can lose their fucking teeth and health from nutrient loss when breastfeeding, because our tits are set up as biological support units for the baby. Men don't share that physiological prerequisite. Our hormone levels also naturally ebb and flow with the menstrual cycle, which is why so many of us get absolutely reamed by foods/supplements/herbs that might increase or decrease any one of those levels. Biological men don't have that with taking exogenous hormones, why would they? They're not ovulating, right? So no need to adhere to the same way that we release our own.

[–]bobbobbybob 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

tell me. what are natural female estrogen levels? what is the form of that estrogen?

What are the levels of estrogen required for lactation in a male? What is the form of that estrogen? (most trannies use estradiol, which has a different pharmacodynamics to estrogen itself)

what about the progesterone? same quesitons. Is it horse-piss derived, is it the more persisten artificial kind?

what effect does that have, long term, on the baby?

Where is the collustrum

Show me long-term scientific evidence from a published medical journal that shows it is unsafe for an infant to consume milk produced by a male.

Of course our nuclear powered car is safe! show me your long term studies that proves this 5 year old experiment is not safe!

fucking trannies, all the same. you obviously don't care that much about your children, that you just went ahead and did it, without a fucking care for their own future gender identity. Are you really that selfish? You have a woman carrying the baby for you, why not let her feed the kid? The outcomes are unknown because bastshit people like you have only been enabled like this recently. You gambled with your child's health, for your own self-image.

A whole cocktail? What is this nonsense? All you need is a single drug to raise prolactin levels — domperidone. It can be used to stimulate milk production in males and females alike. It’s a commonly used drug among females to help them increase their milk production and no one complains, but when a male uses domperidone then it somehow becomes this dangerous hormone cocktail. Just admit that you’re transphobic already and that your views are based on emotions, not logic.

[–]bobbobbybob 4 insightful - 1 fun4 insightful - 0 fun5 insightful - 1 fun -  (14 children)

yeah, show me a study that demonstrates milk production in a male using domperidone that does not require unnaturally high doses.

I guess you are a tranny yourself. 'lesbian outlaw' indeed.

cocktail: https://www.liebertpub.com/doi/10.1089/trgh.2017.0044

The patient obtained domperidone from Canada, an antiemetic used off-label as a galactogogue internationally.7 The patient was started on domperidone 10 mg po tid. The patient also was given instructions to use her breast pump for 5 min per breast TID.

The patient's first follow-up visit occurred at 1 month. On physical examination, she was able to express droplets of milk. The domperidone dose was increased to 20 mg po qid, her micronized progesterone to 200 mg po daily, her estradiol to 8 mg po daily, and her breast pump use to six times daily.

oops. quick, double the dose of D compared to a female, and pump a shit ton more female hormones too.

At the 2nd month visit, her progesterone was increased to 400 mg po daily and her estradiol had increased to 12 mg daily.

hmm. your statement is incorrect. Single drug not enough.

At 6 weeks, the patient began supplementing breastfeedings with 4–8 oz of Similac brand formula daily due to concerns about insufficient milk volume. At the time of this article submission, the baby is approaching 6 months old. The patient continues to breastfeed as a supplement to formula feeding, and she continues to adhere to the medication regimen described earlier.

even with a cocktail of hormones, not enough milk. you will never be a woman.

One major difference between the induction of lactation in cis and transgender women is the need for androgen blockade in the latter group. Our patient continued to take spironolactone while breastfeeding for androgen blockade. A known metabolite of spironolactone, cancrenone is excreted in human milk. This has been shown to be 0.2% of the maternal daily dose, which is thought to be clinically insignificant.16 Spironolactone has been reported to have tumorigenic potential in rats, but according to the American Academy of Pediatrics, it is thought to be compatible with breastfeeding.17

Fancy wanting to play the mum so much that you gaze down at your breastfeeding little one and knowingly expose them to a potentially sex-identification destroying hormone hit.

notice no mention of colostrum production, either. Poor fucking child. At least it has decent weight. It has been 3 years now. where is the follow up paper? That entire paper makes me ill, as do the papers that cite it. At least one of them dares to wonder how good it is for the child. They happily care about the genderbent 'mum's health, but not a single blood sample from the kid to make sure its hormone levels were OK.

Show me a study that demonstrates that milk production in a male using domperidone does require “unnaturally high doses.” You are the one who is making the claim that milk produced by a male taking domperidone is somehow tainted in a way that milk produced by a female taking domperidone isn’t. I don’t believe this matter has been thoroughly researched, but I can tell you from personal experience that I achieved a high level of milk production by using domperidone in the same amounts that it is used when it is prescribed to induce lactation in biological women.

Refer to this article for domperidone dosage information to induce lactation in biological women. I would think the dosages suggested here should be the same for most biological men to induce lactation as well, as it worked fine for me.

[–]bobbobbybob 4 insightful - 1 fun4 insightful - 0 fun5 insightful - 1 fun -  (12 children)

done. see other response.

I achieved a high level of milk production by using domperidone in the same amounts that it is used when it is prescribed to induce lactation in biological women.

Ah, so you are a tranny. Did you have massive doses of spironaolactone, estrogen and progesterone as well? because that's my claim. a cocktail of hormone fucking drugs. How was your first milk? full of collustrum, the immune system fortifying wonder that sets your child up for life, or just milky?

[–]LesbianOutlaw 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (11 children)

I never took progesterone, and I only take estrogen. My hormone levels are in line with the levels of estrogen you would see in a biological woman. I don’t have to take spironolactone as the estrogen alone is enough to keep my testosterone production suppressed. Why do you keep referring to it as a cocktail anyway? Who takes oral estrogen? It’s garbage. I take injections.

My milk actually was yellowish when I first lactated but it turned white pretty quick. I don’t see why having insufficient colostrum would be an issue however as my wife also shared in the feeding duties for our child. With both partners able to feed the child we were both able to get a good night’s sleep in shifts. I think it’s a much preferable situation to your typical heterosexual, cisgendered couple, where the woman has to do all the work and both parents are tired all the time from having to wake up every couple hours to go feed baby. It’s such a shame that our species evolved in a way where one party has to do all the work. Lactation is an ability present in biological males, but our stupid evolutionary path decided to keep that ability locked away. It requires modern science to fix that evolutionary flaw.

[–]bobbobbybob 4 insightful - 1 fun4 insightful - 0 fun5 insightful - 1 fun -  (5 children)

I take injections.

of what? What exact drug do you get injections of? because as far as i'm aware, you have to have a modified form of estrogen to make up for the lack of continuous gonadal production.

Jesus. You even have a dick and balls still? and you LARPed as mum? Is your baby just an accessory? did you not want to give it the best?

as my wife also shared in the feeding duties for our child

just think you could have just let her do it, and squashed your jealousy.

Estradiol is a bioidentical hormone. Perhaps you should look up what that word means; but then again, scientific facts seem to be of no interest to you.

The only person who seems to be jealous is you. I live my life as I want to without a care for what others think of me, and without trying to conform to arbitrary social standards. I have a happy family and I’m the person I want to be. You on the other hand are hung up on emotions, irrationality, and hatred. That cannot be a very joyful life to live.
