If this law passes, you can just obtain regular body armor in New York, as long as you weren't a gun crime felon. This law is just penalties for those who already aren't allowed to have it.

It looks like body armor is banned in New York for just a small portion of their population. The rational for banning body armor for those who committed violent crimes with guns is that they expect those convicted felons to use body armor to violate others.

I don't care what "improvements" that loser asshole makes in his rhetoric, he will always be the greatest asshole on the internet. Any position he takes will automatically be wrong.

So here, we see him defending the banning of self protection. If that loser actually cared about any of the issues he promotes, he would turn it over to a non-asshole who isn't a scumbag like himself.

The writing style seems to have improved, although this is just one post. In the past, I became quite familiar with him generating nothing but fallacious 'arguments', and utterly failing at basic logic. Lots of name calling, lots of brain-dead leftist logic. Although his actual politics were hard to gage.

It was so excessive that I decided there is no chance of rehabilitation, even if it appears to have happened. History and past behaviors matter. I would probably begin to accept pedophilia before having a favorable thought about that asshole. (Not really, but I have fairly strong feeling on the topic.)

I've made surprising reversals in my opinions on a number of issues during these recent years, but it's not ever going to happen with Matt Agorist.

Learn how to read mother fuckers! This is a law regarding "UNLAWFUL PURCHASE OR POSSESSION OF A BODY VEST." It doesn't ban buying the vest in the first place. If you want to own body armor, don't commit a felony with a firearm. Simple enough.
