However, all the military vehicles were being sent to specific locations. Whatever is going to pop-off after the election, they've been preparing for and want to happen, imho.

Edit: And if you pay attention, minus the straight-up tanks, all the vehicles that were seen on the trains in the beginning of 2020, we're now starting to see on the streets. Just like in your OP with the National Guard troops.
