The law that says you have to be 18 to open carry doesn't apply to long-barreled rifles and shotguns. And it's completely legal to transport a legally-owned firearm across state lines.

Its not illegal to open carry a long rifle in Wisconsin. It is also not illegal to carry a rifle across state lines.

Did they attack him? Or did they feel threatened? Was he brandishing?

Edit: alright I watched the video. He definitely fucked up by firing indiscriminately into the crowd, but was definitely attacked at one point. So it's not as cut and dry as they are making it out to be.
