Well, if 26 years old women can't have adult responsibilities then may be they shouldn't have adult rights either? Like voting rights? Who knows how many female voters are mind controlled by evil menz with their evil superpowers?

Right. Because women can't be held responsible for their own decisions. And the court is all too ready and willing to heap all that extra blame onto the man instead of where it belongs. They should all get life. All of them.
