They are two H's in the white, if you rotate one of them, which could be a new Nazi symbol. I had't even seen the white. According to Google there is no source of the image, which means that the poster Musky is probably part of a propaganda system.

I also checked whether it's an existing Nazi symbol, but it seems it isn't.

Google can't scrape Twitter or Reddit for free anymore, their images search ain't never gonna work like it used to. Hell it hurts their regular search too. There's been several posts regarding the issue.
