There’s Whites and Blacks in Argentina. The whites are educated and like to live in suburbia because the government let in a bunch of low IQ blacks. A lot of white Argentinians are of Italian descent also. Argentina’s people have the average highest IQ in South America, likely due to people from northern Italy (smartest region in Europe).
