You and him seem rather..similar, so thought you probably knew him/xir/xoy/they/them. As the adage goes.."birds of a feather..." Perhaps when you pass him in the hall between breaks, let him know about the garbage he left. It's okay this time but we expect people to clean up after themselves. Pack it in, pack it out right?
