Well, there goes camping...

There's an entire industry of water filtration/treatment systems for outdoor enthusiasts. We are all doomed, I tell you, doomed!

Do you know the first two parts of the old school PC-game "DOOM" ?

I played the literal hell out of them when I was like "ten"-ish. Because at that time in my life, I regarded even hell-mode in "DOOM" as much easier than my actual "real"-life.

So for me, this splinter of reality I regard myself more or less forced to live in feels like :

It is even harder to accept some aspects of it than Doom itself is.

Because Doom at least was relatively consistently predictable, at least for most parts.

Above that, I suppose camping will never become a problem if you stay in some sort of "reasonable" woods where the trees can do their magic with the water.

Because if there were any significant so far, I ought to be dead by now, considering how much water from the woods I already drank from mostly free currents.
