eh, not sure if this is the best thing to sell but if you are faced with an adversary beyond quantum supermacy, your email is pretty much doomed.

Allegedly.

If their theoretical quantum magic actually does what they claim as well as they claim. The rest of their networks and storage and gear also need to be proficient without bottlenecks to slow it down. They can't even get electricity to Texas, allegedly. Microsoft can't even prevent viruses or make vaccines that kill zero people.

"Experts" have lied to us before and will again.

think of it this way, an adversary with a quantum computer can mine more than half of the entire bitcoin community combined so they can control a currency. if you're up against someone like that, the email is the last thing you should worry about.

I understand what quantum computing promises - but will it ever deliver, or is it just vaporware hype (and fear porn)?

We need to prepare for the worst and hope for the best.

We also can't live in fear of theoretical threats - much like this alleged COVID threat and everyone's a potential carrier.

How would you prepare for the great omnipotent surveillance state run by quantum A.I.?
