Jones has no money, anymore. How can he sue? According to the video, the CIA just wanted to make him poor such that he couldn't do anything anymore.

He seems to be spending someone's money, unabated.

How can he sue?

If he's got a case (which I doubt), and he is out of money (which I doubt), and no right wing nutjob like Tucker, or someone like Roger want to repay him for that nude of his wife gets him a lawyer ... then there will be lawyers that will take it on a no-win no-fee basis.
