Trotskyites were internationalists; Stalin was a Nationalistic Internationalist. National Socialists fought tooth and nail againt international finance and globalism. In fact, before the war they did everything in their power to curtail international finace theough social programs and revitilzing the agrian economy, freeing mortgages and indebtedness.

Neoliberalism and Marxist-Lenninism is the enemy of ruralism and farming.

However, in ALL isms, there are things to be taken that are well intentioned and could work in a system to free people from the fad of free market enterprise which, will in the end, destroy a country via greed and amassing capital.

For example, you could take from capitalism, Socialism Patriotism, Nationalism, Fascism, National Socialism, marxism and create a working system without the egregious authoritarian measures.

I would take certain ideologies from the National Socialist Feder, because he had many unique ideas on usury, I would also look at the social and housing programs the NS implements. Of course, the racial hygiene and eugenics programs would evidently be thrown out.

Socialism can exist under capitalism. Are you doing your part? Have you sent your extra money (after you paid for your basic needs) to help these people you are defending? This woman here is not doing that. Are you like this woman?
A great system should sustain itself and even snowball. You clearly have a high sense of morality. How could you get other people to willingly help as you do? The old socialist way was to use violence against people to make them comply. What can you do that is not immoral and helps people simultaneously? Taxation is theft.

Thank you! I have been doing this FTB fight for 8 years. Learning how to navigate the bureaucracy has been slow, frustrating and a bit expensive, but I am finally starting to see results. I am hoping that I can pass what I have learned on to others so that others can also take up the fight against government agencies in the State of CA and see results more quickly and easily than I did. I feel like the FTB saw me as vulnerable and deliberately exploited that vulnerability. Now that I am in a better position, I feel obligated to fight for all the other vulnerable people that they are actively exploiting because most of them cannot fight for themselves. Honestly, we are considering leaving the state, but I feel like I need to at least try to make it better first.

Thank you! The Franchise Tax Board's mandate is "to protect the revenue." They take that mandate as "gather as many dollars as possible in any way possible." If the FTB was a human being, they would be diagnosed as a sociopath: https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/antisocial-personality-disorder/symptoms-causes/syc-20353928?page=0&citems=10. As I have talked to lawyers and other groups about the FTB, the most commonly used word to describe FTB is "retaliatory." They have a big stick and they are eager to beat you with it if you don't submit unquestioningly to all their demands -- even blatantly illegal demands. They harassed the fuck out of me for money that I never owed because I had the audacity to point out to them that I had already paid the money and they'd lost it. They refused to locate my lost money -- they said they didn't have it -- despite me sending proof of payment 31 times -- and they tried to garner wages and levy bank accounts because I didn't send them more. How dare I want an accounting of what they did with the money that I'd sent them!

That said, the CA government squanders money like there is no tomorrow, and legislators don't want to fuck up their gravy train. So legislators turn a blind eye to the unlawful practices, and when they can't, they do everything they can to shield the FTB from consequences of their unlawful practices. I am certain that is why Gov, Brown and State Controller Yee set up The OTA court in the first place. The BOE was siding with the taxpayers too often -- that wasn't going to be tolerated! Out with the BOE and in with The OTA, who would usually side with FTB!

As to the question of who started this... it's been going on a long time and I am sure it has slowly but steadily built up over the years, with many, many people involved. But there was one person who caught my eye. I gave a speech at the December 2018 meeting, too (https://vimeo.com/311228307?utm_source=email&utm_medium=vimeo-cliptranscode-201504&utm_campaign=29220). I had submitted the written request all the way back in October, so the FTB had known for almost 2 months exactly what I would be saying when I spoke that day. After the speeches, there was a little ceremony to honor a few long-time employees who were retiring. One of the employees was very high up in the legal department. They described him as a "creative genius." Hmmm... creative genius is not usually how you describe a lawyer who sets legal policy for a government agency... and it was interesting that he retired at the same time I publicly accused them of racketeering.... he also said he planned to do a lot of traveling in his retirement. I thought "Yeah, I'll bet you'll be spending a lot of time in countries without extradition treaties."

You are really good at explaining this complex problem. I can see why it would be difficult to get enough people to help you. The scenario being played out is one where crooked policy makers are getting away with crime. Who in the FTB started this. And the lawyers. Sigh. What a wretched lot!

I know, right? I have learned a lot about government bureaucracy over the last few years as I've been fighting the FTB. Each legislator is only allowed to present a few bills per year. Each legislator is on several committees, and they usually present bills related to the committees they are on. They also all have their "pet projects" -- for example, I am in Toni Atkins district and she is a lesbian and pushes a lot of LGTBQ stuff. Since they are limited on how many battle fronts they are allowed to fight, they pick the bills that give them the most "bang for the buck." So, they view my bill as only one vote -- mine. They pick bills that will garner them tens of thousands of votes, as well as big campaign contributions to ensure ads to garner more votes. This is where lobbyists come into the picture. The lobbyists get legislators attention in the first place with offers of donations, endorsements of influential groups, etc. and convince the legislators why its best to choose their particular bill over all the others they are considering.

As for class action... I spent months looking for a lawyer for a class-action suit to no avail. When I finally got to the "fuck it, I'll do it myself" point and went to the law library, I found out that "Class Action" means that every person in the group was harmed in an identical way. So say there are 100 people in the class. If everyone sued individually, they would be basically 100 identical lawsuits. Since tax situations vary with each person, it is unlikely that each taxpayer was harmed in an identical way. As such, it is unlikely that a judge would ever certify a class in a lawsuit involving income taxes. But if a few of us sue individually and win, the State of CA will have to change the unlawful practice because they will be losing more money than they are making from the unlawful schemes. But as long as the racketeering schemes are net positive financially, the government will let it keep going.

The feedback that I have gotten from the legislators is they are uninterested in hearing one person whine about unfair fees. They said in order to be credible, I need to gather a posse.

This infuriates me. There is a problem and instead of correcting it they say you need a posse? I hope this becomes a class action against them.

Yeah I have a somewhat similar theory I posted earlier: https://saidit.net/s/politics/comments/2hus/chaos_in_iowa_thousands_of_furious_supporters/8dhb

The whole fiasco basically ended up taking the spotlight off of bernie, who would've probably had it otherwise.

Instead the spotlight is on this no-name. Seems like a generated distraction, possibly by the Warren camp or Biden camp, or their backers. They benefited the most, because this buys them a little time and kills some momentum of their biggest opponent, Bernie.

Especially when you consider the DNC (from what I understand) is majority financially owned by Clinton and co, who clearly back Warren or Biden over Bernie. So they're able to use the DNC as an apparatus to cover up things like what happened in Iowa. Rather than the DNC trying to clear these things up and investigate them, as one would expect to be the case if they were truly public servants. Very sad for our democracy, especially when the RNC is equally as corrupt.

How can we have a public election when both parties are privately owned and operated, and seem to have no accountability? These are serious problems that need addressed, or else our democracy will continue to fail to represent the intent of the people of the US, and instead will more and more represent the interests of corporations and billionaires.

This should be the national conversation on every news channel right now. Instead, they focus on distractions, because they are similarly owned by those same big-money interests.

We're in kind of a bad spot right now, and the only silver lining is I hope that people are able to see it clearly because it's so blatant. Only when a problem this big is publicly recognized, can it then be addressed and fixed.

You got several things wrong.

I said, "I was so naive last year to think it could be different." I wasn't clear, but I meant that I hoped SaidIt would be distinct and different than Reddit. There's a reason I don't like Reddit and there's a reason I don't feel connected to SaidIt much anymore, and it has to do with the unbridled asstrollery and the so-called leadership, or lack thereof. A year ago a lot of my ideas seemed to be well received as good ideas but nothing came of them. That's to be expected with any number of reasons. I was also trying to help, and even lead by example in some instances. I was hoping to bring more organization to SaidIt, yet not be anal like Wikipedia or antifa like Reddit. Anyway...

I worked on "A Little Curious" in the summer/fall of 1998 at Curious ?ictures. Curious was most famous for the ghosts in Ghostbusters, the puppets in Pee Wee's Playhouse and a bunch of commercials. A Little Curious was the shittiest production I ever worked on, despite being a pretty good team. The character designs were cringe-worthy to be kind. The stories were stupid. It was a rushed job because HBO suddenly was allowed another kids channel. Curious ?ictures was NOT a gay studio or anything of the kind. "Curious" was not remotely as sexualized back then. As for the content and innuendo - I can't speak to that and never saw anything like it. There's no question that animation studios were sausage parties occasionally with lockerroom talk, but not really so much as they were more geeks and cartoon lovers than studs or posers. At that time though, Curious ?ictures had many women on staff, as producers, and even several animators - and in other departments than the CGI room. It was a shitty show, but they got me a work visa that lasted another year in NYC. I didn't last because I was trying to produce good animation and I was too slow. Fine with me. I moved on and worked in other studios on movies and commercials. I even came back to Curious ?ictures for a Sketchers Boot commercial. That director even gave me his custom Kawasaki Ninja when I moved to SF.

As far as my guilt with whatever may be applied to "A Little Curious" (news to me) - that's like blaming the craft service lady on X-Men 1 + 2 for the deeds of Bryan Singer. (Friends, Gamma Studios in Toronto, did the Wolverine X-rays for those first 2 movies. I said they should mass produce them and sell them. I think there were contractual limits.) I had nothing to do with the development of that show. I just animated some shitty rigs for a few months. Blame the writers and the executive producers who determine the content. The animators and producers just follow the script/blueprint.

Also, I grew up with "Curious George" and not until this moment did I ever wonder if there were sexual connotations to it. I don't know if being "aware" is all good. Maybe it's the times.

I'm not gay. I was a little sexually bi-curious for less than a decade, more out of horniness than anything but 99% preferred women. If that's enough to paint me gay then I don't give a fuck. I started writing a "How different is too different" kind of article with the last drama but shelved it. There seems to be a lot of tolerance for name calling but not for diversity. I'm not saying it has to be equal but it has to be fair. Also, FYI, I was anything but graphic in my tauntings of the homophobes. Believe me there's sooooooooooooooo much more to speak of regarding sexual explicitness and/or grossness - and that's not even touching porn, remaining within the rules/guidelines. Granted, the up or down of the pyramid is entirely subjective on many things. Anyway, eventually I made rules for myself that I wouldn't do dudes or fat-stupid-ugly chicks because it was a waste of our time, not fair to them or to me. I was always too nice and unable to withdraw myself from getting trapped in a relationship and drama and resentment and wanting more. Stopping all of that was easy with the rule. I could go on but I bore myself.

I agree the world is being told not to have kids or blend them with other races or whatever. Very mixed signals. Suicide is legal and assisted in many places - yet it's not common everywhere in North America - which is very peculiar to me. IMO, it should be available as this world is for shit and those who truly suffer need a better way out. I also think Big Pharma poisons people too and between dealing with that and offering better alternative solutions, even with legal suicide, I'd wager the suicide rate might go down. Especially if drugs were decriminalized and treatment was better, and of course if the stresses of society weren't so severe. But that's a whole other topic. I agree that the Gay Agenda has been weaponized, but to say it's only about population control is very narrow minded. My cousin married another dude and they are raising two boys. Sounds weird and sketchy for sure - but they are all fine people and knowing them I see no problem. Maybe there's weird shit behind their closed doors - but the same could be true for every home (just look up incest porn) - and they don't act strangely. Dave is a general physician and does a lot of research at the University of Western Ontario. I don't recall what Allen does. I expect the kids are out of highschool by now.

I honestly haven't made many gay-ish comments. I was getting the goat (an expression he'd not heard of apparently) of that one guy who wouldn't relent so I wouldn't either. Not very mature, but I thought he was having just as much fun.

As far as intervening goes, none of it would be an issue if there was no name-calling. Rules without enforcement is poor governance.

Telling people to fuck off regarding suggestions is hardly good form, especially when they're meant to help. Granted I've seen him welcome suggestions that had their not-so-covert angles that are not healthy for SaidIt. I suspect those go in the "To Do Never" pile, along with many of my hairbrained ideas. That's his prerogative. On the other hand it's very hypocritical to have an "elevated discussion forum" where you can't discuss ideas for elevating the platform.

I don't envy M7D3 and their burden. I didn't bring them up to crap on them.

I don't know what you're suggesting

I was suggesting drafting up write ups on Chipit and other actors with agendas, with lots of examples/proof, etc. This would help caution people. It might also form teams. And undoubtedly it would cause drama. The latter two cons outweigh the first benefit.

Maybe a wiki page would be better, tucked out of the way, with a growing list of agents and examples. Then when you say so and so is a shill, as you so often do, you can link to the evidence. Maybe those agents might be persuaded to find easier places to disrupt than SaidIt. (You could create a private sub with a private wiki.)

I guess I missed those reckless policy suggestions. IMO, the policy is great, but the enforcement lacks. Also, I think that an abundance of examples would be terrific to illustrate to people what exactly this so-called policy means. Right now there's an abstract idea - with no examples. Also the examples, IMO, should also offer corrective examples to emulate too. I feel like there's a word for this syntax example thing, something simple, like "FAQ", but it escapes me.

No, my goal is not to stir shit up. But that may be a bi-product when improving the site. (ie. If you made lists of the agents and shills with examples of their efforts.) Sadly not everything goes according to plan, ie. improvement.

It's not broke. Some are trying to break it.

Excellent point.

LOL. I think Wizz4 meant well, somehow in his obtuse normie-propagandized way. But he sure pissed me off at one point. He's still on Wikipedia and fighting my Open-Source broad concept article about me hyper-politicizing Scientism vs Open-science - which is the whole point. He's repeatedly censoring rather than correcting/improving the article.

Ya, witch hunts aren't good. But sometimes purges are necessary. And IMO, all the name-callers should be corrected or booted. "Nigger" and "faggot" are just words, but they have heavy meaning with them, and are especially problematic when unimaginative name-calling is the best they can do. As for the "shills" and people with their tribal or propagandized mindsets, that's another story. Their views are valid, but incomplete, and could do with exposure to more ideas, civilly. I agree shilling is repeating propaganda - just as counter-propaganda is.

That's enough for me.

Fair enough.

SaidIt has already banned several subs and people. That's not new. And the narrative will be what it be to whoever regardless of the truth or not, depending on who's repeating it. If SaidIt were the civilized pinnacle of the Interwebs (as hyper-conspiro-censorious Quora aimed to be) then it wouldn't matter what the naysayers say. The essence and reputation are not always equal. He's bold enough to start SaidIt. He should be bold enough to maintain it, as diplomudge, regardless of ebbs and flows of reputation, IMO. The essence will out.

I like weird hats. Except for the dogmas.

I might be wearing a mod hat but I don't care, didn't notice, and maybe misplaced it. It might mean something on Reddit, but it's a limitation and/or power I don't care for. Yes, I made a bunch of subs - to help organize and beautify SaidIt, not to rule over it. Now I could care less. Chaos won.

Remain Vigilanté!

I was so naive last year to think it could be different.

I don't think it's that. He's an investigator. I wonder if he looked into that a little curious production, which was a kids show with a smidge of gay innuendo.
You did portray yourself as a gay graph artist (which is cool, or whatever cause that your business). Maybe he connected that with the eugenicist plan to promote everything that discourages having children (which is undeniable IMO), and keeps you at arm's length. He's a evidence-based-conspiracy buff, so sometimes the dots may be connected, etc. I doubt it, though.
The thought had occured to me, but I dismissed it. I don't think the operational-level production folks are the schemers, maybe some though.
More likely producer level, and a few hand picked operating folks.

More realistically, all of the gay-ish retaliation messages you send (which are hilariously hideous) are irritating to have to intervene in.

More than that, all of the site change suggestions have to wear him down.

At some point, you either give in to suggestions, or tell people to FUCK OFF!!!
I think he's saying the latter; about the suggestions part.

I don't know what you're suggesting, and I don't want to get involved. No offense.

I'm purely speculating. Although, it wouldn't be foolish if he concluded that. IDK.

Keep in mind he's a guy like everyone else. If he has a day job, then he's probably consuming a significant portion of his time.

If he has a family, then he's running on fumes.

You have the respect of me and I suspect most others on here and I bet you could do it without consequence, unlike me.

Thanks for that. We're both center-left leaning and conspiratorially minded, so we have similar view points.
Unfortunately, I think we may be a minority voice. Plenty of Reddit lurkers.

Fortunately, we have long memories, and we comment frequently. ;-)

It probably wouldn't change policy, and I don't want to change policy.

The policy is robust. I found myself commenting as a dissenting voice when reckless policy suggestions (changes) were seriously discussed.

So, I'm not going to risk stirring shit up, and then try to reign in short-sighted suggestions (well intentioned, or otherwise).

It's not broke. Some are trying to break it.
That's how it is.

On the other hand, why bother. Most of the stuff posted is ignored, and those rarities which make it onto the top of #all are all but forgotten in a few days anyway.

The community is still small, and it's not a huge problem yet. The only reason I'm stepping in is to keep people aware of the shills, and a minor accounting for what I see as a serious offense (chipit/snow/their pedo thing) , and some minor harassers.

There's really no overt disinfo like that ol' wizz bitch, which is nice.

This place is still small enough that only a few need to be aware enough to say something.

The shills know, that we know about them. That makes it more difficult for them.

I don't think a witch Hunt is appropriate, and I don't currently want anyone kicked off the site, etc.

Shilling is a form of propaganda, and it's easily undermined if people are aware of it. So, now it's it there.
That's enough for me.

I know M7 doesn't like the drama, but he also doesn't do much to shut it down either. (I wonder if Reddit and/or SaidIt in part thrive on conflict.)

My suspicion is if m7 gets involved then the narrative will be Saidit admins are censoring, etc. Similarly story if mods do, as well.

I've read a number of his Reddit post, and he doesn't shy from fact-based confrontation.
He's now wearing the hat of a diplomat-judge.
That's either a diplomudge, or a juplomat.

Juplomat isn't politically feasible, so diplomudge it is. ;-)

It's a really weird looking hat.

I'm glad he's wearing that weird hat, cause I don't think I have what it takes.

I don't even want the mod hat, and it's less weird.
I considered opening number of subs, but I don't want the mod responsibility (some people take that hat very seriously, and I also plan on criticising power crazed mods), or the responsibility of having to remove/censor/revise other people's comments.

I think I'd do a reasonable job but for now, I shall remain a Free-Speech Vigilante. ;-)

It looks like this geneticist repeated their results and found that these are not particularly significant alignments... "Looking at each "insert" in turn. We see that "insert 1" (GTNGTKR) is present in the closely related virus bat/Yunnan/RaTG13/2013. It is impossible that this sequence was "inserted" into the #nCoV2019 genome. 5/9" https://twitter.com/trvrb/status/1223666856923291648?s=20

I'm a neuroscientist, not a geneticist, but these inserts are very small, generally at 5-7 amino acids. This is not enough material to make functional proteins. Further, according to this Twitterer at least, these proteins are in fact similar to other coronaviruses.

The reason HIV drugs work on it is because they work on pretty much all viruses.

Hubei is pretty poor over all, if government contracts work anything like they do in the U.S., poor counties accept NIMBY government buildings as a key source of funding.

FightElitesNotEachOther

A little off the mark but yes, Elites utilize the public to achieve goals. If one faction convinces 100% of the public about something, then the balance of power is negatively shifted and detrimental to the whole. In order to have space and wiggle room, battles have to be fought in multiple directions- both in the public, while addressing the leadership simultaneously. It can get complicated but one has to resist internally against both friends and foes externally or get others to see that in order to get back on the proper path and have balance.

If the Elites are destroyed though, then another faction will just come to exist in a power vacuum as part of the multiple heads of the hydra. In the end, the fight for power is nothing more than a fight for convenience and riches to exploitation of the farm. Somewhere in the chaotic middle, is the possibility of genuine development and problem solving (Which is the real war!) but it too requires balance of power to be maintained.

The military industrial complex supported communists several years before in South West Asia, in which interestingly, Martin Luther King, realizing his life was destined not just for the advocacy of justice and liberty within his own community but for all folks who wished peace against war, spoke out against the warmongering geopolitics of the Military Industrial Complex, calling them out for their utter hypocrisy in maiming and killing thousands for profit and for geopolitics sake. In his speecjes he was keen at illustrating the fact that the US armed and funded communist groups several years before. This is why he was killed. And the state then slandered him as a communist, when he understood it that both sides were not innocent.

The use of 2,4-D (a component of agent orange) on US crops has increased between 200-600 percent as of 2020. This is in response to resistance (of weeds, and by citizens) to glypohsate use. This is also in response to engineered soy that is resistant to this dangerous chemical. We are contracting to sell China mega amounts of this.

In 2016 USDA estimated that farmers used 44.4 million pounds of 2,4-D on crops across the U.S https://apnews.com/9eaf78c201294db38f4483e64108189e It's a fucking worldwide goddam apocalypse.

To make matters worse dioxins are:

  • Exceedingly temperature resistant (many dioxins are produced during incineration, so incinerators don't destroy them)
  • Environmentally persistent
  • Evaporate at room temp
  • Many condense a few degrees above the freezing point (and eventually accumulate at higher latitudes)
  • Bioaccumulate

The first symptom of AIDS is hot breath on the back of your neck. Get it? I am suffering from a non-fatal virus and made it worse by trying to make jokes on the fly before breakfast. Ken, is that you? "The Mexican" refers to a possible form of methamphetamine that makes you grit your teeth and feel great for a few weeks and then die with a smile on your face.

Wish I had some blue codeine or any other color. About two weeks ago I was sick in South-East Asia talking to a lovely pharmacist I've known for years, when she plopped two sealed pills on the counter, saying, if this doesn't make you feel better you are near death. The pills were 20mg Oxycontin and they did make me feel better. I could barely make it to her pharmacy the next day for more. I do not recommend them but boy howdy they gonna make you feel fine. Then on to another country where not even your friendly, pretty pharmacist will give them to you.

The whole thing could be an inter-agency op to simulate their logistics and capabilities against real threats on a massive scale. Its to prove a plan together in an emergency situation while bringing everyone towards cooperation, but of-course some people may end up dying or over-worked; but the results they argue, could be far worth it.

Either that or they are actually following through with their depopulation agenda.

Edit: I believe its the latter, since it also helps them restructure organizations accordingly through crisis situations. Of course, the public is only expendable... sigh

They should not exist at all in any country. They were supposed to be completely dismantled, but the US not following its own laws then legalizing "keeping batches of extremely deadly diseases for research and defensive purposes" made all other countries with the means resume their insanity.

A "scientist" (I only got a BSc in Chem, nothing too fancy) and I got ethics and I support open science, green chemistry and other actual progressive ideas on what to do science-wise. I even felt bad when I worked at a generics meds factory supervising technicians who would be synthesizing *prazole type antacids at times, so I switched for a less interesting but just as rewarding, salary-wise at a paint factory....

All this to say, they crack jokes like making CDC drills about zombie apocalypses, but with the virii and bacteria I know to exist not too far from me, no matter how securely stored it is makes me have problems sleeping, hence the sleeping pills, nothing synthesized by mother nature, I guess other than morphine, which isn't really used with insomnia in mind, none of it works anymore, melatonin makes me nauseous, kavakava extract stops working very quickly, weed (canadian, yup) is too much of a wildcard, sometimes it'll crank me up instead of help with sleep. Valerian capsules also stop working very quickly. Sorry for the Lifelog entry at the end here.

Now would be a good time to read the aforementioned novel maybe but spoiler alert—the novel will scare the pants off you anyway, but this is the reality show version with added epinephrine/adrenaline or whatever fires your pistons, right to the jugular like that Mexican you heard about once, not to mention that gnawing fear of death, breathing down the back of your neck, everyday—even though you're only thirty-something—all the time (and by coincidence the first symptom of AIDS), so reading the novel "as it happens" will even have even non-readers asking friends to buy the book for them so they won't be seen in a bookstore. "Plain-brown rapper please."

Does all this nonsense sound pretentitious all hell? Because it does to me. Let's start a book-of-the-month club.
