that packaging does not magically disappear into the infinite cosmos. It gets buried in a landfill, ends up in a clandestine dump, gets thrown into the ocean, threatens the lives of fish, and creates plastic islands.

Why not cut off the hands of those who throw plastic containers into the ocean?

Yes, we want to reduce pollution, so why not go after the actual polluters?

Then separately, end the production and sales of sugar water that only damages people and countries.
