Well, I'm sure a lot of us already know about the government seeking to censor content and spread propaganda everywhere. This case involved the military creating programs to influence public opinion on social media.

It's an article from the Guardian talking about the way the military is seeking to influence social media. It's kind of outdated so how much has these kind of programs advanced over time?
