It was concocted. Christian Zionism or Judea-christianity was created by politically active Zionists in the 19th and early 20th century to trick christians into supporting an ethnostate. Samuel Untermeyer, a Zionist lawyer, a key figure in the creation of the FED and ADL (all created in 1913) also worked with Scofield. The scofield bible is one of the primary reasons for Christian Zionism.
