They don't, they justt want to dedollarize and creat a new economic order via through a vaccum in the east, i.e, a multilateral economic order as told in Rockefeller's 1960's Prospect for America. Of course, this transition will create localized strife and violence and possibly a civil war, hence why they are trying to take guns away or at the least militarize the polcie and create an orwellian survielance state.
