Cheney made billions off of Halliburton and many people like him benefited off the false flag. However, Hollywoo, like the new Cheney film and most other ZIonsit documentaries suggest he was behind the WMD fiasco and all the war propaganda that followed. The only thing I can find is a connection to Austrian art students using fuses holders that happened to be created by a halliburton front company.
