When a govt claims you MUST report to them and account for every single dollar you receive and spend for business and pleasure (the IRS), any talk of being "free" or of the govt being "limited" is nonsensical.

Define "free" and "limited".

This is just another version of "If a tree falls in a forest, does it make a sound?", an argument that only exists if you are equivocating multiple definitions of the same word.

So, define "free" and "limited".
