This explanation of the Delphi technique is anutterfraud dubious at best. There's a great deal of seemingly contradictory messaging.

I seem to recall reading this message very differently the first time around.
Had the message been revised?

Please clarify swordofdamocles42:

  • who is using the Delphi technique.
  • What do you think is the purpose of the Delhi technique.
  • Who are the instigators?
  • What is their goal?

The Delphi technique is used by the host to railroad an agenda. The group hosting the proposal is using the Delphi technique.

The people objecting are the local citizens that after getting railroaded.

The Delphi technique is there go-to strategy for passing agenda 21's unelected regional takeover of the world. Anywhere you see agenda 2020, 2030, 2040 then watch out.
