Clearly it wasn't there. Put it in slow motion and look at the green rug. It isn't there just before but he then looks down again a second later and there it is on teh green part of the rug. It even moves a little when you put it in really slow motion in adobe after effects. Think for a minute, what sounds more realistic, they placed a magazine there already before he even arrived with all the same etches, so you'd know it was staged OR in the clearer footage it clearly isn't there at around 6:40 seconds and then shows up on the green rug a second later. But why can't you here it drop then?
