  • The name on his shirt mocks the name of the Lord: JESUS

  • Outstretched arms - like Jesus hanging on the cross to pay the penalty for our rebellion

  • Halo, light, angel wings - fallen angels rebelling against God

  • Acronym KISS

  • "Jay-Z" sang about Lucifer and has ties to spirit cooking

Where does it say that KISS stands for that?

Like I know wikipedia is not the best source, but it does say that it's not the acronym.

I don't think it's the same KISS as the band, because the font looks different from what they use in their branding. I think they named that cuz the drummers last name is Criss and it sounds like that. There were rumors it meant something satanic but they denied that. They do play satanic music but I always thought the name didn't fit.

KISS = Knights In Satan's Service.

I think some people who liked the band made that up to explain their name. It's too forced. Why not give yourself an actual satanic name like Black Sabbath did. Kiss means love and is something good that Satan wouldn't like. Or it means keep it simple stupid, a good saying. I do think they're a satanic band but the name isn't. Anyways I think jay z and that guy were at some event for the radio station named kiss.

Kiss means love and is something good

The "heavy metal" band KISS did not sing about pure love. Their lyrics obviously describe the ways of the kingdom of hell.

I do think they're a satanic band

You agree they are satanic, so then you should agree that when they say KISS, they are not talking about an innocent peck of the lips on the cheek. There is nothing lovely or innocent about satanism.

Just talking about the name not the lyrics or music

The name.... Do you think a satanist would publicly acknowledge the name of his lord in the daytime? They talk tough in the darkness, but they are cowards in the light. I acknowledge my Lord is Jesus Christ, the one who was publicly crucified for all mankind. According to a source attributed to Minneapolis Star Tribune, 7/17/95, Gene Simmons said about the name of his band:

"It stands for Knights in Satan's Service."

Ok I didn't know they said that but it sounds like a joke:

rock music's first travelling convention, where fans pay $100 to ask the band questions in a news-conference setting; throw out requests during a two-hour acoustic KISS concert; pass the microphone to sing accompanied by the band; get autographs; look at displays of KISS stage clothes, vintage souvenirs and original artwork, and buy new and old KISS memorabilia... It was hard to tell what was more popular — the performance or the question-and-answer session. Fans asked KISS bassist and singer-guitarist Paul Stanley — the drummer and other guitarist are relatively new additions to the 22-year-old band — everything from how much money they make (no answer) to why they stopped wearing makeup to why Stanley likes Post Toasties with root beer or how fatherhood changed them to what KISS really stands for. 'It stands for Knights in Satan's Service,' Simmons said tongue-in-cheek, referring to a rumor that surfaced many years ago. 'In fact, we just got done sacrificing a lamb. If this is printed, KISS doesn't stand for Satan'" (Minneapolis Star Tribune, 7/17/95). - A heavily edited incomplete AUD recordin

There have been bands with blatantly satanic names. Like there's a band called Church of Satan. There's a band called Piss on Christ. They're not trying to hide anything. I'm just thinking Kiss was named cuz Peter Criss sounded like that and he was in a band called Lips before that.

Almost all rock bands do some satanic stuff. Kiss doesn't seem too satanic in their lyrics compared to most. They have a song called Heavens on Fire. That's like saying heaven is hell, that's a satanic song imo.

I think tho their best song is Rock all nite. I think that's just about partying.

Years ago when the band was popular, Christian parents would not have let their children have anything to do with KISS if they thought they were Knights In Satan's Service. So of course "the Demon" did not want to be too obvious about which kingdom they serve so that gullible parents would not resist it.

What does a knight wear? Do they not cover their body with armor?

The Wikipedia page for Gene Simmons states he is also known as "The Demon". Demons work for Satan, so it is not a stretch to see that, regardless of what they publicly admit, KISS means Knights In Satan's Service.
