It's funny how true that statement is. The barium and metals they spray is to make the energy gradient of the ionosphere more conductive. Something they have wanted to do since Tesla to make sending signals take less energy. Which makes a physics minded person realize why "flying saucers" don't foolishly need to combust tons of slush hydrogen to rise in the energy gradient.

The rich live in faraday shielded houses to block out the harmful electro magnetic radiation. It's used to help communication yes but also to slowly kill people, reduce population.
